Galatians 1:10 "For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ"
Don't gauge your ministry on someone else's opinion. There will always be those who criticize.
The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but a wise man listens to advice. Proverbs 12:15
Realize however that criticism and advice are two different things. A wise leader will benefit and grow from "wise" advice and counsel.
Listen to advice and accept discipline, and at the end you will be counted among the wise. Proverbs 19:20
How do you know the difference? Look at the heart of the person offering their advice.
Is it constructive? Is it being presented in a loving manner? Is it being presented as a way to help grow your ministry? Then it's probably wise counsel.
Be discerning...
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. Romans 12:2
Have a blessed day!
Thank you for EVERYTHING that you are doing!
