Go ahead...Grab that big cup of coffee or cocoa...pick up that favorite book...soak those tired feet...give yourself a facial...take a nice hot bubble bath...watch a Christmas movie...whatever you choose! (Sorry guys...you will have to make your own list.) Pencil your "me" time right there on your calendar...every week...don't change it...don't feel guilty about it...just DO IT!!
