Stop all of the busyness, be still, and PRAY for the healing of our land!
In our day to day rushing...even during this pandemic...we need to just STOP!
God has given each of us this perfect moment in time to STOP all the things that seem so important to us and spend time with Him.
Take advantage of this moment. This is a GOD moment!
Instead of worrying about how to assist parents, train parents, provide information for parents, provide fun ways to reach our ministry kids, etc. etc. etc...Just STOP for a moment!
Perhaps this "World on Pause" moment is so that families will learn how to be families once again...so that they learn how to rely on God (not us) again...so that they prioritize what is important to them.
Many of us have jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire...so to speak. We have taken an already busy ministry and ramped it up. We have not STOPPED to learn what God is trying to say to us. We have to STOP!
It's ok...families will not fall apart without us.
STOP, take care of yourself, take care of your family, prioritize your own life... and take time for GOD!
Believe it or not...Families can step up to the plate and take care of themselves. Provide lessons, activities, etc for Sunday and Wednesday nights if you choose but use the rest of your time for your family, for yourself, for rest, for prioritizing...but mostly...for God!
Don't add more pressure to an already stressful time!
